In order for us to accurately estimate your shipping costs and help you pick a carrier that meets your needs, we appreciate you reaching out to us prior to checkout. Due to the specialized nature of our products your order may require unique handling solutions such as having it delivered to a business vs. residential, in store pickup, curbside delivery, or white glove services handling your product from our store to your living room. 

We understand the importance of our product arriving to you in the same condition it left our store. Which, is why we individually hand pick the correct carrier at the best price when deciding to use Pascal Home to assist with coordinating the freight of your newly purchased piece.

At checkout you will be asked to choose from one of the following options. Read through these options thoroughly to understand which each one means for you:

1. Customer Provided Carrier - when selecting this option on the check-out shipping page you acknowledge that you have your own shipping company or third party shipping company to pick up your product. Please reach out to us post purchase to schedule timing. 

2. Post Purchase Assisted Shipping - when selecting this option on the check-out shipping page you acknowledge that you will need assistance with specialty shipping to be coordinated and paid for after having purchased the product. Prior to selecting this option we encourage you to email us for a shipping estimate. Pascal Home has established relationships with specialty shipping companies designed to pick up your product and deliver it to you wherever you need it in the exact same condition. 

3. Pick Up - this option is for you to pick up your product at our location free of charge.
